2/4/26 - I didn’t follow my own advice

Don’t be like me. I preached to the 22 yr old about in life there are always those “ what ifs “.  I failed to realize I was setting myself up for one I clearly wasn’t prepared for. Have a listen ( or not ) and again Don’t Be Like Me. Be prepared for those moments.

1/25/26 - Justice for Porter, Good & Pretti

It’s the day after Alex Pretti was murdered. Almost a month since Keith Porter and weeks since Renee Nicole Good. They were all murdered by ICE/Border Patrol and are U.S citizens. The last part shouldn’t matter because it’s everyone. I’m going to include a link to a list of all those killed by ICE. 1/24/26 - Alex Pretti murdered by ICE today

I wanted to do a full episode but I can’t get all my thoughts together. Here’s a short ( 6:46 min ) voice message response to a friend I was texting with about what happened. It’s raw and it’s me as I always am speaking how I see things. All the videos show the TRUTH, but they want you to believe otherwise. 

1/9/26 - Mental Health and the Kid

It’s day 9 into the New Year and so much stuff has and is happening. October I was laid off, then the holidays and lastly the ball dropped into the New Year. Within that timeframe I was dealing with the Kid and her mental health. Have a listen but more importantly make sure to also take care of yourself physically & mentally.
