Farewell For Now
The poet David Whyte once said: 'You know you’re on your path because it disappears. You are going into the unknown which is called growth and sometimes the only single source of strength you can rely on is your faith.' I have felt pulled deeper toward this kind of faith-based growth very strongly lately and as a result, I've decided to pause the Love Notes show for now while I focus on other endeavors. It's been such a joy creating the podcast all these years and I sincerely hope you'll keep in touch with me over at: marywelch.com where I'll continue offering ways to support your healing journey. Thank you, in the meantime, for listening and being part of my community!
The Teachings of Emptiness
Paradoxically, emptiness is not a void within us. It's the space that can give rise to our most profound experiences. When we let go and create room in our lives, new and deeply meaningful connections can take shape. Spring in New York has been a reminder of this and an inspiration for today's show. Winter cleared the slate for the overwhelming natural beauty that's been blooming here lately. We can learn so much from the examples of the natural world around us; it's our best teacher. Tune in today to hear more! Thanks, as always, for listening and remember: you can find more resources to support your healing journey at: marywelch.com
