The year is 1888, and in the Pacific Northwest, a group of investigators with the ability to see creatures no one else can attempt to resolve conflicts with supernatural beings called vaesen. Join us every other Wednesday for a new Actual Play podcast using the Vaesen tabletop role-playing game set in early Seattle and Ballard.

In the premier episode of our new Actual Play podcast, we follow the supernatural investigators of the Library of Metaphysical Knowledge in Defense of Mankind operating in 19th century Seattle. Together they seek to understand the mysterious Vaesen – supernatural creatures out of Scandinavian folklore.
