Fasting – how long should women fast for?

We catch up mid way through Victoria’s annual fasting stay at the Buchinger Wilhelm clinic in Germany. It’s art spa part integrative medical fasting centre – it’s her third time there, but she’s not there for weight loss as there’s so much more to fasting.
