3/4/26 - The Spectacular Success of Operation Epic Fury
On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, there’s an enemy within the United States - Congressional Democrats, Marxists, Islamists, and figures like Tucker Carlson, Megyn Kelly, Steve Bannon, and others. They are undermining a spectacular, ongoing military peace mission, Operation Epic Fury, against an Islamist Nazi regime in Iran. The operation has achieved rapid success in just five days, including the death of Khomeini, destruction of Iran's leadership, air force, and navy, and the elimination of a key figure who plotted an assassination attempt against President Trump. Also, the truth about war powers - no president, of either party, has accepted the constitutionality of the 1973 War Powers Act. The Supreme Court has never ruled on the Act's constitutionality and likely never will. The first draft of the Constitution provided that Congress would have the power to make war. The delegates at the Constitutional Convention rejected that language and changed it to declare war. To declare war does not result in making war. The only power Congress has to prevent a military operation is the power of the purse. Other than the vice president, the president is the only federal official elected by the entirety of the people. In addition to the institutional impossibility of war powers and decisions in the hands of a multi-member body like Congress, the president is the only official who was elected to, among other things, serve as commander-in-chief. Later, Israel's Ambassador to the United Nations calls in and describes the ongoing operation against Iran as progressing positively, with Israel and the US achieving near-complete air superiority over Iranian skies, enabling them to neutralize threats effectively. Iran's regional attacks and desperation have backfired, uniting moderate Arab countries in strong opposition to Iran, as seen in recent Security Council sessions. Afterward, after Pearl Harbor, the isolationist movement quickly dissolved, with figures like Charles Lindbergh shifting to support the war effort. In contrast, today's group of Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson and their ilk, refuse to unite behind Trump, the military during the ongoing military campaign. They act like propagandists for the enemy, providing aid and comfort. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
3/3/26 - The Truth Behind Iran's Nuclear Ambitions
On Tuesday’s Mark Levin Show, Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff calls in to break down his stunning negotiations with the Iranian regime before President Trump made his decision to attack. These meetings were to explore whether a verifiable, enforceable nuclear deal was possible under Trump. From the outset, the Iranians asserted that uranium enrichment was Iran's inalienable right and declared their large stockpile of enriched material—approximately 22,000 pounds—was off the table for negotiation. This could yield about 11 nuclear bombs if further enriched. Witkoff and Jared Kushner quickly became skeptical of Iran's willingness to make acceptable concessions. These meetings convinced Witkoff and Kushner that Iran had no genuine interest in a civilian nuclear program. Instead, Iran sought to disguise an ongoing research and development effort to maintain enrichment flexibility and breakout capability. Rejecting the no-enrichment deal revealed their true motivations were not civilian but weapons-oriented, allowing rapid production of enough material for dozens of bombs if unchecked. Witkoff reported these deceptions and unassailable facts to President Trump, who then made a tough, consequential decision in response. Later, our Framers of the Constitution were so brilliant and prescient. What you see, right now, occurring in Congress, is precisely why the delegates at the Constitutional Convention did not confer war powers on Congress. In fact, the delegates specifically changed the original draft of the Constitution from Congress having the power to make war to the power to declare war. That is, Congress was granted the authority to declare its support for war, not declare war as a condition of making war or going to war. And it is precisely why declarations of war have never been determinative in whether war is made or not -- since the beginning of our Republic. It is also why Congress cannot force the commander-in-chief to go to war by the act of declaring war. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices
2/2/26 - Enemies Within: Marxists, Islamists, and Neo-Fascists Unmasked
On Monday’s Mark Levin Show, President Trump will go down as one of the greatest Presidents in history. He strengthened the border, the military, NATO, and is protecting us from the Iranian regime. The Marxists, Islamists and neo-fascists, like Megyn Kelly and Tucker Carlson, are the enemies from within. They undermine Trump, the military, and our national alliances. Those media-types and politicians who pretend they don't know what threat the Iranian regime has posed to America are either liars or morons. For 47-years the Iranian regime has threatened to destroy us, has been at war with us, has launched directly and indirectly scores of acts of terrorism, has killed 1,000 of our military heroes and maimed thousands, has killed American citizens, has attempted to assassinate our presidents, and has been developing nuclear and ICBM technology. Every president of both parties has dealt with this, all inadequately until Trump. Every National Security Strategy report issued over the last several decades to Congress has highlighted Iran's threat. Our national security plans have had to deal with it and the frauds and phonies in the media and Democrats pretend they have no idea what the imminent threat is? They want us to wait until we are attacked. Later, this campaign against Iran has been so successful that we're now being joined by France, Britain - even Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other Arab countries. The world is rallying around the United States of America because of our president, because of our military, because of our victories. Afterward, Sen Dave McCormick calls in and praises the U.S. military's spectacular performance in Iran over the last 72 hours. There was exceptional coordination with Israel and more than 2,000 offensive missions that destroyed key Iranian infrastructure and leadership tiers but more work remains to defang the regime. The Best Of Mark Levin - 2/28/26
This week on the Mark Levin Show, the Woke Reich isolationists in the Trump administration who are leaking confidential if not classified discussions with the President respecting options against Iran are committing crimes. They must be found and prosecuted. DOJ should ask the FBI to launch an investigation into the sources of these leaks. Then, lots of Democrats are boycotting the State of the Union address. The truth is they’d be more comfortable sitting in UN seats listening to some Marxist or Islamist dictator spewing hate about our country. This is a party that accepts no traditions or customs. The Democrat Party is radical and intent on destroying the economy, citizenship, and national sovereignty. They want to dismantle the American system through policies like open borders, no deportations, treating illegal aliens as citizens, and eliminating voter ID. No more fan dancing around with Iran. They have no intention of honoring agreements and is reconstituting its nuclear program with help from allies like China, Russia, and North Korea. There is overwhelming U.S. military superiority in the region. This is not about endless wars or interventionism but confronting a clear, existential threat. Leaving this weakened regime in place betrays future generations, as it will never abandon its nuclear ambitions aimed at America. Enough is enough—it is time to act decisively. The moment is now. Later, propaganda, siding with Iran and Putin against America while pretending patriotism. Why aren’t top Republicans throughout Washington calling out Carlson. They need to stop whispering about him and speak openly and publicly. The same goes for too many in the media, some of which promote him and some of which field his leaks. 2/27/26 - Understanding Iran: What the Negotiations Really Mean
On Friday’s Mark Levin Show, based solely on President's Trump’s recent public statements and tone, it sounds like he has already decided to act against the Iranian regime—possibly even issuing the order—and is waiting for the right moment. Reported diplomatic moves, such as the Secretary of State’s trip to Israel and upcoming negotiations, may be head fakes. Trump has repeatedly given Iran ample chances to negotiate a deal but that the regime has foolishly refused, and Trump genuinely prefers not to act militarily. Later, Heritage Foundation’s Robert Greenway calls in and explains that Iran has failed to adapt to dealing with a different, more resolute President under Trump, who has been consistent and leaves Iran with far less negotiating room. Iran has negotiated itself out of any viable deal, cannot be trusted as a partner due to repeated violations of the Obama-era agreement, and ideological refusal to honor commitments. Afterward, Rep Chip Roy calls in and praises the Trump's current use of peace through strength — demonstrating military force and pressure — to confront the tyrannical, anti-Israel, anti-American, terror-sponsoring regime of Iran after 47 years. Roy warns against repeating North Korea's nuclearization through hesitation, urges firmness against new nuclear states, and calls for vigilance against the global march of Islam and Muslim Brotherhood influence undermining Judeo-Christian and Western values.
