The Mission - The Spirit’s Power | 1/18/26

John 3:16 may be the most familiar verse in the Bible, vet its meaning is anything but shallow. This verse does more than summarize the gospel, it reveals the heart of God and the starting point of His mission. At its core, mission does not begin with human strategy, obligation, or programs, but with the deep, self-giving love of a Father who refuses to remain distant from a broken world. As we begin this series, we are invited to slow down, revisit this foundation and truth, and allow the Father's love to realign our hearts, our faith, and our lives with His mission for the world At In Focus Church, love God, love people and reach the world with God's love is more than a mission statement it is how we want to live. We want to boldlv share the love of Jesus with others. We hope you will want to be a part of what God is doing in and through IFC as we continue to be a church that displays the gospel through how we love one another and the world around us, as Christ loved us first Along with a powerful time in the Word of God, we will alsc be able to worship God wholeheartedlv as He deserves. The Thrill of Hope - Hope for the Waiting | 12/22/25

We're beginning our Christmas series, The Thrill of Hope, by looking at what happens when a weary world encounters a God who restores hope. If you've ever felt tired, discouraged, or stuck in a season that hasn't changed, this message is for you. Through the story of Zechariah and Elizabeth, we see that God meets us in our waiting, strengthens us in our weariness, and fills us with a hope that doesn't just comfort us-it abounds and outflanks the very things trying to defeat us. Today, Jesus invites every weary heart to come to Him and find rest, renewal, and the thrill of real, supernatural hope. At In Focus Church, love God, love people and reach the world with God's love is more than a mission statement, it is how we want to live. We want to boldly share the love of Jesus with others.
