That's where today's guest comes in. Kathy welcomes O'Neal Atkinson, Deputy Director of Time Out Youth Center in Charlotte, NC. They have a delightful and engaging conversation about the center's role in helping LGBTQ+ youth through, advocacy, leadership development, social opportunities, counseling and more. They also discuss the use of preferred pronouns and language of respect for people in the community.
