In today’s episode I’m chatting to Monique Harding - who is also known as the relatable therapist on instagram - about self esteem and self worth. Monique is the owner of Ritual Counselling & Family Therapy - a relationship focussed psychological counselling practice based in Burleigh Heads. She is passionate about taking a family of origin and early life experience lens to help people heal from limiting core beliefs, anxiety and trauma. 

In this episode we have an in depth discussion about self esteem and self worth, how they are formed, how wounding around self esteem and self worth is created and how we can nurture and foster deeper self esteem and self worth within our everyday lives. We take a particular focus on how becoming a mother can impact our self esteem and self worth.
