In this episode, I discuss the medicinal properties of Celandine. This is a classic herb in European herbalism, with a 2000+ year documented history, that is considered a weed in America. Its medicinal properties are fairly mind blowing, but it must be used with care. I also tell you about a very good pasta sauce I came up with while injured and sick, using a few items from the pantry.
