Dr. Randy Redd is back for part two on balancing the business side of ministry. We’ll discuss budget items that are highly important for the church, but typically the least resourced, surplus amount in the church budget designated for the unexpected, key ingredients for keeping a church staff on a gospel-centric ministry and utilizing church members for serving without creating a paid staff position. Dr. Redd is Vice President for Finance and Operations, CFO and Assistant Professor of Business Administration and Management at Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary (MABTS) and The College at Mid-America.
