188: The egg, the pillow and the podcast ramble

This week’s episode is a total mixed bag — but in the best way. I’m sharing my recent experience inside the Harmonic Egg, a giant egg-shaped healing chamber that uses sound, light, and frequency to realign your energy… and let me tell you, it was wild. From rippling sensations through my body to feeling like time completely disappeared, this was honestly one of the most surreal and transformative things I’ve ever done.
