It is time to play big….stand up and be who you are meant to be. No longer dimming your light for others. You are here on this earth to live in alignment and authenticity to your true self.

The intention of today’s healing meditation is to empower your greatness that already lives within you. To live your life and radiate your light.

Let’s Center…calling forth your inner divine light and highest power, to connect, guide and surround you for the highest and greatest good ... .and so it is and so be it.

Find yourself lying down and be comfortable…..close down your eyes…..

Allow the space around you to be quiet and uninterrupted……settle in….

As we begin..notice the space in and around your heart…..

Feel your heart open and free…..letting in light ... .a brightness and warmth…..

Begin breathing with this pulsating light………in and out…..in and out…..

Notice your body getting more and more relaxed……

Feel the back body against the floor or the surface beneath you to feel yourself melting and grounding down…….PAUSE

Now….. imagine this golden light expanding beyond your heart……..

Flowing throughout your body……..

Feel it move through your arms……down to your hands…..and through your legs……reaching your feet…….

Let this light infuse every cell…….every part of you……..with its radiant energy….PAUSE

As your whole body fills with this beautiful light……..recognize that this is your true self…..

A being of immense strength……..wisdom…..and love……

This is your authentic light…….the essence of who you are at your core…….

Reflect on the moments when you have felt most alive……….most aligned with your true self….

See yourself standing tall……..confident……and unafraid to be who you are……..

Remember times when you have stood up for what you believe in…….speaking your truth with clarity and courage………

Allow these memories to fill you with a sense of pride and empowerment………PAUSE

Now…. with the help from your helper or Guide……… envision yourself in a situation where you are playing big……

See yourself stepping onto a stage……. into a boardroom……or leading a movement…..

Your Guide is cheering you on……PAUSE

She is by your side and sees your presence and power within…..

This power has always been here…..always a part of you…..

You now can harness and tap into it……….

Notice how you feel at this moment………

The strength in your voice……..the conviction in your heart…….the clarity of your purpose…..

You are shining your light brightly…….and the world is better for it……..

Feel the alignment of your true self with your actions……..

You are living authentically…….standing up for your beliefs…….and making a difference…..

Take a few deep breaths into your belly…….exhale away…..

Do that a few times……..breathing in and out…..LONG PAUSE

 

Your light inspires others……….encouraging them to be their true selves and to stand up for their own beliefs………….

Take a moment to bask in this vision……….

Feel the joy……..the freedom…….and the power of being fully aligned with your true self…….

Know that this is not just a vision but a reality that you can create and live every day……..

The music will play as this radiate light moves and integrates fully….
