Same street at same time, same age with same undiagnosed disability.

After their diagnosis of ADHD & the realisation of the horrifying number of missed and undiagnosed females they have made their  mission is to make some serious noise about ADHD in females in order to make the change that is needed.

So they created the Insightful, authentic and hilarious podcast ADHDAF.

Its bloody brilliant and has helped me on my journey in so many ways and many others… these girls weren't joking when they said they wanted to make a noise after just 7 months have done just that - as it stands they have over 250K downloads and counting in 168 countries  and they want to ensure that change is made!! 

This conversation digs deep into the devastating effects undiagnosed ADHD can have on our mental health, diagnosis struggles & what changes we would like to see be made and laughing at ourselves!
