Doctor Who, S08E05- Time Heist

Hello and Happy March to all my beauties out there!
This episode is the one where a lady has cloned herself because she understands the meaning "if you want it done right you need to do it yourself" . There's also a terrible mind-reading monster who eats minds...except that maybe he's not terrible after all? And maybe he doesn't want to eat minds either?
Actually, I would like you all to weight in on that latter part.
