FF 291 - Biden Sits Idle as another Cares Act Releasee is Returned To Prison

On today’s episode of Finding Freedom Shannon Lawson joins the show. Shannon is here to advocate for her sister Keri Burroughs. Keri was released under the Cares Act in June 2020, she spent several months in a half-way house before finally getting sent home. This was after she lost a toe while still under the care of the prison system during a stay in a half-way house.

Unfortunately, on June 25, 2021, Keri was returned to prison after being charged with escape. Keri was violated for being at a storage trailer that sits on her parents property where she was living at the time. She was less than a 30 second walk away from the house.
