Our feelings can be incredibly unreliable and misleading. As scripture says, "The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it?" ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭9‬ ‭

We must hold our feelings accountable to the word of God. It's our map guide to life and in the end, God should inform our feelings not the other way around. Scripture tells us how to live, act, think and behave.

We talk about how our emotions can get the best of us, and we make decisions not based on an emotional bias.
