E4 - Constitutions

Today our topic is "Constitutions". It's an election year, so you can bet you'll hear this word 10,000 more times in 2020. Political parties and candidates and going to try to sway you to one opinion or another by appealing to the Constitution. So, what is a constitution, and what is it not, and why do we need them? We'll discuss that and more today on the In Search of Liberty podcast. (Please forgive my voice getting weaker as this episode progresses...I am battling a cold.)
