A real estate year in review.

Not only did it turn out to be an incredible year in the stock market, but also the real estate market. Buyers were immune to a short period of 8% mortgages and no inventory. It appears the worst may be behind us as numerous interest rate cuts are predicted for 2024, which should bode well for real estate. We’ll review what 2023 taught us in the world of real estate.
