Donald Trump's appeal on grounds of Presidential Immunity was denied by the D.C. appellate court on Tuesday morning. Least shocking news ever, but did the court get it right and where does Trump go from there? Also, the House tells the Senate GOP that their "deal" struck on immigration and foreign military aid is DOA — showing just how dumb and serious they are taking the crisis on the Southern Border. Oh, and we continue to read the Federalist Papers, with No. 3 on the docket today.
