Sean 'Diddy' Combs' lawyers cross-examine ex-girlfriend 'Jane' and she reveals the rapper's sexual preferences might be due to his bi-curiosity. Jane, testifying under a pseudonym, tells jurors she still loves the rapper, who is still paying her rent after giving her about $150,000 throughout their three-year romance. As Jane speaks of the good times she shared with Diddy, he grins and nods as she reminisces about giving him foot massages and watching hours of his favorite show, Dateline.

According to Jane, the word ‘cuckold’ describes what she and Diddy did in the bedroom. Jane says cucks get 'pleasure seeing his woman receive pleasure from the other man', and 'could also have a bi-curiosity they’re ashamed to experience themselves so use the woman to venture out in this curiosity without doing the act itself.' Also, Jane testifies Combs referred to himself, his ex-girlfriend and an escort by the names of three NBA legends, Jane says she was Kobe Bryant, Paul (the male escort) Shaquille O'Neal, and Combs was Michael Jordan. During their relationship, the trio — including a male escort she knew as "Paul", were known as the "trifecta."

While on the stand, Jane says Combs allegedly coerced her into the sex acts and threatened to stop paying her rent if she did not participate. Combs' attorneys deny the disgraced rap mogul coerced Jane or Cassie Ventura into sex. Jane also testifies Combs threatened her over the phone to send sexually explicit videos of her to her son's father.
