25. Nicolina Andall - How I Began My Boardroom Journey

Nicolina is a highly accomplished commercial solicitor who has spent much of her executive career offering her profound legal expertise to boards and business leaders. Her past positions saw her working at leading firms like Beale & Company as well as major corporations like Atlas Copco, where she continues to work as a Senior Corporate Counsel. 

She now serves as a non-executive on the Advisory Board for LexisNexis’s Halsbury’s Laws of England publication and International Womens Forum UK, is an Independent Panel Member for the Ministry of Justice, has completed a Board Apprenticeship with Aldermore Bank and previously Chaired the Croydon branch of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Nicolina was a Trustee at Startup Croydon and currently acts as an ambassador and speaker for Women on Boards, a network of over 30,000 people that connects boards with talented female NEDs.
