I dive into heartbreak & the emotions that have come with it, how I've been working through those feelings, and how I've navigated allowing myself to feel, grieve and heal. The embodiment of freedom is only achieved once we've felt all that we need to feel and once we've allowed ourselves to step into our true & authentic selves.
