Do you suffer from dental anxiety?  I have for years.  In this episode I explore some of my challenges with seeing a dentist over the years, as well as uncovering why I think I have dental anxiety.  You CAN overcome this fear.  There are many resources to help.  I am not a mental health professional.  If you need help, reach out to someone who can assist and guide you.
