There are so many ways that we tick and so many reasons for the actions we end up taking, there's a few things I've been discovering about myself that allude to why conquering ourselves is such a masterful task. Maybe the few things in here can help you, but one note we can all take is understanding that life isn't always supposed to be pleasureful and joyful. Jot that down.
