Dorothy Stover and I talk about the inportance of self-pleasure and bringing in the spirit.  She covers the connection, embodiment, empowerment and healing properties of self-pleasure as well.  She provides a few examples or practices you can try too.  She has her own podcast which is called Nantucket After Dark where I make a guest appearance soon.  She also runs the Nantucket Love School.  We also covered the idea of bringing God and Jesus into the bedroom rather than shutting them out when you head there.  She covers tantra and talks about mind-blowing sex and connection.  Books she recommended include Come As You Are and Spirtual Healing.
