And in a way he was. He never tortured his victims... while they were alive. His primary motivation seems to have been necrophilia. But in another way, he was worse than the other two killers, because his victims tended to be younger. One victim was only five years old. Another depraved serial killer chapter is written in Timesuck's book of true crime today.
