ECE on Air: Ep 02 - Culture vs. Conduct

ECE Teachers are notorious for celebrating a wide range of cultures and incorporating them into their centres. However, what do you do when you encounter a cultural request that is seemingly impossible to accommodate or one that conflicts with the policy at your centre? We asked our callers to share with us different cultural requests they've received, what they did, and if/how they were able to incorporate these into their centres.
