A radical idea only supported by Rabbi Meir Kahane and his followers?  Hardly.  In fact, Theodor Herzl, David Ben-Gurion, Chaim Weizmann, Herbert Hoover, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt all repeatedly expressed support for transferring the Arabs out of the Land of Israel.
