Three Hundred Seconds

This episode is for lawn bowlers AND curlers but primarily for those who share the summer sport of lawn bowling with me. There are no two sports as closely related as lawn bowling and curling.  As you'll hear me say in the episode, I spend. the winter suggesting to curlers who do not have a primary summer activity, they seek out the nearest lawn bowl club and likewise, during the summer I make the same suggestion to lawn bowlers, find the nearest curling facility.
The premise of this episode is in this statement: "What you do before you step onto the mat (or into the hack if you're a curler) has a greater impact on the likelihood that the shot you're attempting will be made, than what you do after you step onto the mat"! That's a bold statement! Listen to this episode to hear me make the case for it!
