 Former prosecutor and defense attorney Carl Steinbeck of Steinbeck Law Firm PLLC of San Antonio, Texas, analyzes criminal jury trial cases in the media and to utilize his vast trial experience in the pursuit of justice, Carl offers lawyers mentoring in their real life cases. Given the great number of trials covered in the national media, Carl has observed trial lawyers at times lacked proper knowledge and understanding of strategies, tactics, Rules of Evidence, cross-examination techniques, effective advocacy (voir dire, openings, closings) and sometimes lack an appropriate Courtroom presence.
