But this time, on Halloween night, she offered something more: an invitation. And as sirens wailed and armored vehicles tore through the fog, Chicago PD wasn’t alone on this journey. Dangerous criminals, lured by the same voice, raced to the same location, each faction unknowingly pulled into a deadly web of death.
