I welcome Addison Bevere to the show today! Addison is the author of a brand new book titled Words with God: Trading Boring, Empty Prayer for Real Connection, and I am so glad that, even though I wasn’t too familiar with him until pretty recently, I had him on the show because he has such great wisdom and an inspirational story to share!
Addison discusses his parents and what he feels that they did well as parents and what they did not so well, what inspired him to write his new book, the difference between doubt and disbelief and why that’s important when it comes to praying, how there are many different types of prayer, and so much more!
He also walks us through some of the chapters from the book and what went into writing them, and I personally cannot wait to dive into this book! Be sure to check the link below to order a copy!
