What makes someone inspirational?

This is a commonly asked pageant question - Who inspires you? I see it in blogs, lives, podcasts and in pageant interviews. But all too often the person answering the question can't actually tell you why they think the person is inspirational. In this episode, we go into why it's important to identify why someone is inspirational and how not to lose your own sparkle if you are trying to follow in their footsteps.
