She understands the power and value of hard work and stubbornness to achieve what you want, and shares stories of rising to success and the challenges she faced along the way. Now a wife and a mom of 2 young babies, after a decade in the industry, Niki has learned a ton about values, juggling career with family, and standing on the confidence of knowing what she was built for.
