Meredith “Moe” Peguero is an Executive Director and Banker of J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Miami. Moe guides private business owners, entrepreneurial founders & funders and multigenerational families through the complexities of significant wealth. She is particularly focused on helping clients maximize efficient exits and transform their success into a sustainable legacy. Moe has spent time in an early-stage technology company, and after serving as Head of the Technology Vertical in Miami, she is now challenged with leading the Family Office practice. In this capacity, she is working with entrepreneurs to build the Modern Family Office, managing concentrated equity positions while using the tools of J.P. Morgan to support long-term investment policies that align with each family’s estate planning goals. Since joining J.P. Morgan in 2013, Moe has served as a J.P. Morgan Chase Global Ambassador, a Women on the Move Regional Lead, and sat on the Private Bank’s Digital Wealth Management committee. Locally, she serves as an AmintaVentures ambassador, is the former Co-Chair of the Nicklaus Children’s Hospital Young Ambassadors Board of Directors and is a founding member of Chief Miami. Moe earned her B.S. and M.A. from The University of Florida. A former fitness instructor in college, Moe enjoys living an active lifestyle and spending time with her husband and young daughter outdoors near the water in their Coconut Grove, Florida neighborhood.
