Dr. Harper is a Professor of Wildlife Management and the Extension Wildlife Specialist in the Department of Forestry, Wildlife, and Fisheries at The University of Tennessee. He maintains an active research program to complement his Extension programming, which concentrates on applied habitat management and white-tailed deer management.

The discussion has practical advice for hunters both public and private. We cover everything from the basics of how deer eat to more in depth topics like the best plan of action for different types of proerty. Dr. Harper has something for every type of hunter in the South.
