Latting received her master’s degree from Columbia University and a doctorate from the University of North Carolina. She co- authored Reframing Change: How to Deal with Workplace Dynamics, Influence Others, and Bring People Together to Initiate Positive Change.
Through her organization, Leading Consciously, Jean helps individuals and organizations create resilient, sustainable, multicultural, and diverse settings. Leading Consciously helps leaders in businesses, non-profits, churches, and other organizations achieve greater authenticity in relationships and a more in-depth understanding of their impact on others as well as a greater ability to bridge differences with those dissimilar to themselves. The company offers leadership assessment, coaching, consultation, online courses, and training based on solidly grounded empirical research on behavioral change and decades of practical training experience.
