American Tumbleweeds (2022)

Are you willing to invest in learning God’s Word? It is going to take time and effort. If you aren't, you will be a spiritual tumbleweed, blown about by the lures, lies and distractions of the world. Only if you have a solid, sound spiritual life rooted in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ can you have what you’re seeking. “Cursed is the strong one who depends on mere humans, the person who thinks he can make it on muscle alone and sets God aside as dead weight. He is like a tumbleweed on the prairie, out of touch with the good earth and the lives rootless and aimless in the land where nothing grows” (The Message translation of Jer. 17:5-6). Looking for happiness in a political leader that promises to bring change is false hope. The living water of the Lord Jesus Christ is our hope. You and your spiritual life are the true hope for America. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge” (Hosea 4:6).
