High Performance and Sports Psychology: In Conversation with Varun Shetty and Nimrod Brokman

For this episode, Sports.Life.Journey (SLJ) was in Bangalore where we visited Invictus Performance Lab and Be. Fore - Behavioural Foresights, both part of a unique setup for high-performance athletes and para-athletes in India.

Varun is a former mechanical engineer turned high-performance strength & conditioning specialist, while Mon is an Israeli former international fencer and part of the Israeli Special Forces.

They share their experiences working as part of the backup squad with some of India’s top athletes and para-athletes, and the philosophy behind setting up a holistic ecosystem for them under one roof.
