女生指控网约车司机强奸，检方为何不予批捕？

宁夏一18岁女生指控网约车司机趁其酒醉实施强奸，并从衣物上检出对方体液痕迹，但检方未予批捕，很多网友产生疑问。不过目前信息看主要是由于女方提交证据在批捕之后，综合最新信息个人认为强制猥亵嫌疑是存在的。
