U.S. District Judge Cameron McGowan Currie dismissed the charges against former FBI Director James Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James after agreeing with Comey’s defense team that Lindsey Halligan, the Trump-appointed prosecutor who secured their indictments, was unlawfully serving as interim U.S. attorney. Filling in for Glenn, Stu and Pat discuss the situation and whether or not the dismissal was the correct move. The Pentagon is investigating Sen. Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.) after he participated in a video of Democrat lawmakers who asked the military to defy “illegal” orders from President Trump.
