Sean Shapiro On Stars Season Opener

Spits and Suds Stars/NHL Insider Sean Shapiro joins Gavin Spittle for his weekly visit to talk about the Stars impressive opening night win in Winnipeg. The guys talk about how last night was a great night to pull film to show what the players did right as well as things to work on. Sean and Gavin both discuss how good Nils Lundkvist was last night. Also discussed was the play of Mikko Rantanen and Kyle Connor, the 4th line of Radek Faksa, Nathan Bastian and Justin Hryckowian, and how the players are responding to the tweaks made by Glen Gulutzan. Wyatt Johnston was voted by NHL players as a top breakout star in the league and with the signings of Connor McDavid, Jack Eichel and Kyle Connor, Sean and Gavin give their opinion on how much Jason Robertson should receive.
