In this conversation, Susan is discussing the importance of sex for mental health, but ends up telling a story about having sex with her husband the night before and what that looks like in her 60’s. Susan addresses how unhappy she was previously in their sex life and what changed for her and them once she decided to voice her needs and they began exploring more. Susan also explains how that situation ultimately led her to create her current business of teaching couples about having heart connected, mind blowing sex at any age.
