我计划自己创业。

set up in business表示“创业”，on my own account表示“为我自己”

A: That sounds great, but it is not a good time for you to start your own business.

听起来很不错，但是对你来说，创业还不是时候。

B: Why? 

为什么？

A: In my personal point of view, it's unpractical for college students to be self-employed. College students have little experience in managing a business. They're not familiar with the real business world. 

我个人认为，大学生自主创业是不现实的。

大学生几乎没有从商经验，而且他们对商业圈还非常陌生。

in my (personal) point of view表示“依我个人看来”，类似表达还有in my view/opinion

B: More and more college students choose to start a business after graduation. I think it is an attractive choice and a good way for college students to start careers.

越来越多的大学生毕业之后选择创业，我认为这是一个极具吸引力的选择，也是一个好的职业开端。

A: I don't mean to discourage you, but most new business has failed. Are you fully prepared for starting a business?

我不是想打击你，但是很多刚开始创业的人都失败了，你准备好作业了吗？

be fully prepared for doing..表示“做好充分准备做...”，比如：I am fully prepared for this exam.这次考试我已经充分准备好了。

B: Sure I am. 

当然准备好了。
