Tattoos & Body Piercings

The questions are should Christians and Believers get tattoos and body piercing? If so why and if not why? Tattos and body piercing are they the new cuts to help mental pain? There are several scriptures that share why not and never why a Christian or Believer should get the body inks and piercing. 1st Cor 6:20 - Gen 1:27. 1st Cor 3:17 - 1st Cor 6:19. What God made he called it good and if it is altered his creation and what he made in his image we are wrong and it is a sin. When the Christian or Believer know it is wrong and still do it now it has become a sin. The wages of sin is death.
