Purpose Redefined - Purpose is built on God’s promises: Nyisha Tilus

Have you ever watched someone from afar and just knew that there is greatness with their name on it? This is exactly how I felt when I first saw Nyisha compete in Miss Bahamas as Miss UB. Little did I know, before ever competing Nyisha felt she received a promise from God that she would one day represent the Bahamas internationally as Miss Bahamas. However year after year, system after system she was unsuccessful.

However, in the middle of the pandemic, years after she received the promise, God showed up in an unexpected way through an unconventional experience. Listen to how Nyisha watched God blow her mind, just when she thought all hope was lost.

In this SERIES, we want to focus on the definition of purpose as bringing glory to God by being obedient to the last thing he told you to do. Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails Isaiah 43:7 “everyone who is called by my name, whom I have created for my glory.
