This was said by a cousin of mine 30 years ago while I was bawling over a breakup. Allowing yourself to deeply feel the emotions helps you slowly detach from this person.
✔️ Snip energetic ties.
Consciously and externally separating isn't enough. Cut that energetic bond using your imagination. Ensure you're ready to do this and be clear with your desired outcome.
✔️ Start taking actions that nourish you.
Go back to nature. Eat healthy food. Give yourself a treat every now and then. This can help you transition back into your life and out of the breakup cave.
