This is a really hard thing to do is to accept change.
When things change what happens?
We feel awkward and uncomfortable. We feel out of sorts and we are not so sure where we fit into the mix.
The key here is learning to accept change.
So how do we learn to accept change?
1. Look at the positives that are going on around you.
2. You are most likely going through a a growth period in your life.
3. Control what you can control right now.
4. Stay in control of your emotions.
