A Server’s Moment: Be a Net

In leadership, you have a stockpile of respect and trust from your own leaders. As you work with your crew, encourage your team to step out, step up, and try new things. If they fail, be a net. Catch them, and take the fall for them in that movement. Because of this, your crew will start to experience a deep sense of trust for you, encouraging them to grow and take chances.
