Caroline Caporossi on Roots

Caroline Caporossi is a leading social entrepreneur–founder of Modena-based Association for the Integration of Women and Roots,  two community projects she founded with chef Jessica Rosval.  Molded by a social services career in that has spanned two continents, Caroline has made her Modena life all about empowering migrant women in Italy through culinary education and job support.
